Math Duel is a free, browser-based collection of casual math and logic puzzle games, including (but not limited to) Sudoku, 24 Game, and Equation Pyramid. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

3. No Warranty

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure at all times
• Any bugs, defects, or errors will be corrected within a specific timeframe
• The Service is free of viruses, malware, or other harmful components (you are responsible for your own device security)
• The results obtained from using the Service will meet your specific requirements

4. Limitation of Liability

• Trademarks: "Math Duel" and the site logo are trademarks of the operator. You may not use them to imply endorsement without prior written permission.
• Content you submit: If you send us feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable right to use them without restriction or compensation.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Attempt to scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service beyond normal browser usage

7. Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Since no accounts exist and no personal data is stored, termination simply means the site may become unavailable — your local data remains in your browser until you clear it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China. Where the user resides in a jurisdiction with mandatory consumer-protection laws that cannot be derogated from (e.g., EU member states, California), those mandatory protections prevail over the choice-of-law clause to the extent they apply.
