No account help: We have no accounts, logins, or passwords. If someone claims to be "Math Duel support" asking for credentials — it's a scam.
No payment info: The site is free with no in-app purchases. We will never ask for credit cards or payment details by email.
No urgent/emergency requests: For urgent security disclosures, please mark the subject line [URGENT] in addition to the category prefix.

📜 Response Time
